Our complete approach to self-defense teaches multiple levels of response so you can avoid, escape, or confront any situation. Soft-response techniques allow you to act with a minimum level of force to restrain and control a would-be attacker before the situation turns violent. Hard-response techniques allow you to handle a dangerous, life-threatening situation quickly and effectively.
