Karate Programs

Living Sword Karate emphasizes personal development and self-defense through a fun and challenging curriculum of karate. While mainly focusing on punching, kicking and blocking, karate also teaches practical techniques that work in many situations regardless of size and strength.

Classes are open to anyone interested in joining. Living Sword Karate teaches daytime, evening and weekend classes at two different locations in Cordova, TN. Regardless of your age, sex, or current physical condition, you can begin karate practice and enjoy it!

If you are interested in joining or just have some questions feel free to stop by a class to give karate a try. Wear clothing you will be comfortable moving and exercising in such as a t-shirt and shorts or sweat pants. You can even invite a friend to join you!
