Kristin is the owner of Living Sword Karate and is usually the person people talk to when they call for the first time.

Kristin’s passion in martial arts is rooted in self-defense. “The knowledge that you have the skill to take care of yourself and your family in any sitution is a tremendously empowering feeling. That assurance is important to me as a mother.”

Geoff Nelson, Instructor

Geoff Nelson holds the rank of Nidan (second degree black belt) in karate. Mr. Nelson continues his karate training at Germantown Martial arts under Mr. Jonathan Border. He has also trained in hapkido, judo, jui-jitsu, kobudo, and muay thai kickboxing. Mr. Nelson also teaches Scuba Rangers at The Dive Shop of Memphis.
